The Society of Health and Physical Educators of Colorado invites you to be an exhibitor at our annual convention, October 6, 2024 – October 8, 2024, at the Hyatt Regency Aurora-Denver Conference Center. This event offers high attendance, quality programming, and viable marketing and promotional opportunities for your organization.
Attendance Projection
We project an attendance of more than 300 leaders and educators from public and private schools, universities and colleges. They represent health, dance, physical education and athletics. These decision-makers have the ability to recommend and purchase equipment, curriculum, and training for the programs they serve.
Booth Space
Your booth space will include a 6’ table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, wireless internet and one (1) exhibitor lunch on Monday Supplementary tables, electricity and other AV equipment can be ordered directly from the hotel at an additional cost. Each booth package will include two exhibit passes that are valid for all sessions. SHAPE Colorado will also sponsor an “exhibitor passport” where convention attendees can win prizes.
Conference Center
Exhibit tables will be spread throughout the hotel conference center foyers to guarantee maximum visibility for exhibitors. There will be dedicated exhibit browsing time in the morning and afternoon on Monday and Tuesday morning.
Early Bird Pricing
We are offering GREAT early bird pricing of $395 for Corporate exhibitors and $265 for Non-Profit/Educational Institution exhibitors. Don’t Delay! Earlybird registration ends on 9/7/2024. Prices go up to $445 for Corporate and $315 for Non-Profit.
Exhibit Schedule
Set-Up: Sunday, October 6th 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM or Monday, October 7th 7:00 AM
Exhibits: Monday, October 7th 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Tuesday, October 8th 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
